Desperately I want to radiate who you are. To intimately walk in relationship with you. To walk with you into unknown places, grasping onto your arms as you hold me close and give that gentle look of protection. Desperately I want to be everything you have dreamed. I want passionately to live up to your hopes, yes your vision for my life. I want to be the girl in the crowd you choose to dance with, the young lady you place the ring upon, the woman whose eyes you look deep into, seeing completely into her soul. My soul, the flesh, the place where my fears rest, where my anguish and my pain lays unending, where my burdens sit tight, hopelessly looking like they will never collapse, but you look there. And I feel streams of water begin to fill this place. The peace I feel as you look into these dark places causes me to rest. I let you continue. And all of a sudden the fears, the worries, the tears and all the things I thought once held me hostage from being everything you dreamed now empower me. I stand in awe watching mountains in my life crumble because of mere streams of your love. Dare I ask what will happen if rivers flow? I believe you know. So I trust you. I trust the dreams you say you have for me and all of the places you say I will go.
